You're in

Congrats — your Circle invite is headed to your inbox

Check your email for the invite (it can take a few minutes — check spam too). Watch the welcome video below: it walks you through accepting the invite, getting set up in Circle, and posting your intro. Then work through the steps before the accelerator kicks off.

First thing: accept the invite, then post a short intro in the community — who you are, what you're building, and what you want out of the accelerator.

Your checklist

Step 01

Sort out your newsletter platform

You need somewhere to publish. Pick the path below that matches where you're at — either way, you're ready for day one.

1A

Already have a newsletter? You're all good — skip to step 02

Whatever platform you're on, stay there. We are not asking you to migrate, and everything in this accelerator works perfectly well anywhere you publish.

1B

No newsletter yet? Start on beehiiv (30% off)

beehiiv is free to start, but the ad network — the part that actually pays you to write — requires a paid plan. We've negotiated a special 30% off for accelerator members, and you can claim it at any point during the program.

The mini course below walks you through setting your newsletter up from scratch.

Step 02

Complete the niche & market selection mini course

Do this one before we start. It covers the principles of a strong niche, how to find one, real examples of niching down across both B2C and B2B newsletters, and a scorecard to evaluate the niche you already have.

Whether you're brand new or already publishing, finishing this first means you walk into day one with sharp questions instead of starting from zero.

That's the intro video — the full mini course lives inside Circle, so log in to work through the rest of it.

Step 03

Start asking questions in the main chat

Once you're in, don't lurk. Drop your intro, then bring your niche questions, your newsletter setup questions, and anything you got stuck on into the main chat. The members who ask the most get the most out of this.
